TLT MechCaL Fans can be used for the Following Applications:

  • Heat transfers and refrigeration coolers: Generally Axial flow fans.
  • Boilers and Ovens.
  • Chemicals and petrochemical: Generally a heavy duty environment must be intrinsically safe.
  • Textile: Radial and Axial fans.
  • Wood and Paper: Exhaust Air and oven fans air recirculation applications.
  • Incineration: Same as Industrial boilers; High pressure type. Primary air, secondary air and exhaust.
  • Machinery Manufacturers: Wide range, ranging from Axial fans, Centrifugal fans mixed flow.
  • Paint Booths: Generally a Centrifugal fan.
  • Food Industry: Axial and Centrifugal; Dryers or exhausting water content from raw food, such as milk powder production.
  • Cement: Raw mill Fans, exhaust fans, recirculation fans, Kiln ID fans, Coal mill exhausters, primary air fans and clinker cooler fans.
  • Marine and Offshore: Current designs due to the salt corrosive environments require stainless steel fans and could represent a further niche for composite fans.
  • Rolling stock: Similar to the requirements for the Haul dump trucks used in; Traction motor cooling, braking resistor cooling, transformer cooling, inverter blowers, induction cooling and condenser fans.
  • Steel: High temperature, dust extraction, cyclones.
  • Power plants; primary air fans, induced draught fans, forced draught fans, fluidization air blowers and ill seal air fans.
